If necessary, Download Acrobat Reader here. The choice for continuing education among LCSWs, LSWs, LCPCs and LPCs Enjoyable, Practical, and Affordable Continuing Psychology Education Inc. (CPE) is approved by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation as a continuing education sponsor for LCSWs and LSWs (Provider License # 159-000806), and for LCPCs and LPCs (Provider License # 197-000108). These courses meet the qualifications of continuing education for LCSWs, LSWs, LCPCs and LPCs as required by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. For license renewal, an LCSW or LSW shall complete 30 hours of continuing education of which all 30 hours may be earned through self-study as defined in Section 1470.95 of the Illinois Rules and Regulations. For license renewal, an LCPC or LPC shall be required to complete 30 hours of continuing education of which 15 hours may be earned through a correspondence course (self-study) as defined in Section 1375.220 of the Illinois Rules and Regulations. LCPCs and LPCs will earn a total of 15 continuing education
hours for completion of any three courses due to their specified
limit of 15 self-study hours. LCSWs and LSWs may earn all of their
required 30 hours through self-study.

To Send by Mail: Mail the completed Answer Sheet with a check (payable to Continuing Psychology Education) or credit card information to: Continuing Psychology Education Inc. P.O. Box 2517 Springfield, Illinois 62708 To Send by Fax: Fax the completed Answer Sheet, including your credit card information, to Continuing Psychology Education Inc. at Fax # 1-858-272-5809. Upon receipt, Continuing Psychology Education Inc. will promptly return your Certificates of Completion by mail, fax or e-mail. We will fax your Certificates of Completion at no additional charge, simply check the box and include your fax number on the Answer Sheet. TOTAL COST: Each individual course price is $59.00. CERTIFICATE RETURN TIME: Certificates of Completion are promptly returned to you by first class mail, e-mail or by fax at your request. If you do not pass with a grade of 70% or better, then you will be asked to re-take the test, at no additional charge. ONLINE COMPLETION: To complete the course(s) of your choice, simply complete the Answer Sheet (click the "Illinois Answer Sheet" link on the Home Page and click, pencil or pen your answers), then fax, mail, or e-mail the Answer Sheet to us. These online courses are completely identical to the booklet courses you received in the mail. You may choose to receive your Certificates of Completion online immediately, or later, by fax or mail.
