How can I receive the certificate if I already paid and I cannot access the answer sheet or I cannot access the certificate?
Click the "Answer Sheet" link corresponding to your licensure (i.e., click "NASW Answer Sheet" if you are an Ohio LSW). Click the words "CLICK HERE" that follow the sentence that begins with, "In the rare event that you have already paid but cannot access the answer sheet..." Follow the prompts, which allow you to complete your answer sheet and print your certificate.

How can I receive the certificate if I placed the test answers in a test section not corresponding to my preferred course? For example, I placed the Ethics: Cases and Commentary I answers in the Ethics: Case Studies I test section and the computer indicates that I did not pass the test.
Please follow the steps below to send the answer sheet so we may forward your certificate:
1. On the "HELP" link, click the "Answer Sheet" link corresponding to your licensure.
2. Complete the answer sheet, indicate "Paid" in the Evaluation Section (and your
    authorization to charge your credit card the difference in price between the courses,
    if applicable), and click "Submit."
We will send your certificate soon after receipt of your answer sheet.

May I use the booklet of courses that I received in the mail for future renewal periods beyond the current renewal period?
Yes, we suggest that you keep the mailed booklet of courses for future renewal periods because we plan on renewing the courses and occasionally we exhaust our supply (the courses have been renewed if they appear on our Website).

How do I save the certificate to my computer?
To save your certificate, click "FILE" then "Save As" (the save procedure may vary slightly for each computer). We recommend that you print the certificate whether you save the certificate to your computer or not.

How do I delete or change a test answer that I clicked?
Double-click on the test answer that you want to delete, or change to a different answer, and the answer will be deleted.
